Le loyer est de 1000 CHF pour 1 mois (internet compris).
Lappartement fait environ 170 m² et dispose dun superbe balcon avec vue sur le lac. Il est idéalement situé : la gare et le M2 sont à environ 3 minutes à pied, et il y a une Migros, une Coop, un Denner ainsi quune pharmacie au pied de limmeuble.
