Gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Parterre mit Terrasse, ruhig gelegen im Elfenau Quartier und nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Tram ins Zentrum von Bern.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und komplett ausgestattet (inkl. WLAN, TV sowie sämtlichen Küchenutensilien).
Während unserer Abwesenheit leben zwei sehr unkomplizierte Katzen in der Wohnung.
Sie sind pflegeleicht und benötigen lediglich Futter und etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Zusätzlich steht bei Bedarf unsere Nachbarin unterstützend zur Verfügung.
Miete: 1000 CHF (inkl. Nebenkosten)
Wir suchen eine zuverlässige Person oder ein Paar, das sich wohlfühlt mit Katzen und unsere Wohnung sorgfältig behandelt. Bei Interesse freuen wir uns auf deine Nachricht und wir können gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
Cozy 2-room ground-floor apartment with a terrace, located in a quiet area just about 10 minutes by tram from the center of Bern.
The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped (including WiFi, TV, and all kitchen essentials).
During our absence, two very easy-going cats will be staying in the apartment.
They are low-maintenance and only require feeding and a bit of attention.
Our neighbor is also available to help if needed.
Rent: CHF 1000 (including utilities)
We are looking for a reliable person or a couple who is comfortable with cats and will take good care of our home.
