Wir planen, die Wohnung um den 16., 17. oder 18. Juni zu verlassen. Es wäre also möglich, vor dem 1. Juli einzuziehen, zu vereinbaren.
Der aktuelle Mietvertrag läuft bis zum 30. April 2027. Es ist derzeit nicht möglich, ihn zu verlängern. Die Verwaltung des Gebäudes wird von NAEF übernommen.
Die Wohnung umfasst:
- ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon;
- ein Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf einen Baum;
- eine Küche;
- ein Badezimmer;
- ein Keller.
Die Wohnung profitiert von einer idealen Lage zwischen Plainpalais und der Jonction, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Geschäften, Schulen und der Innenstadt. Wir haben hier sehr gerne gewohnt, aber wir erwarten ein Kind und möchten daher umziehen.
Besichtigung
Die Wohnung kann am Montag (8.06.2026) zwischen 19:30 und 21:00 Uhr oder an einem anderen Tag besichtigt werden.
