hallo. Ich pascal,42 und mein sohn 15, ist in der woche auch 1-3 hier. wir sind höflich und gesselig. wir arbeiten mo-fr/7-17. waschküche kann man mo-sa ohne einschreiben benützen. backofen, kühlschrank mit kleinem gefrierfach, mikrowelle und geschirrspühlmsschine ist vorhanden.
in der wg hat es kein wohnzimmer oder balkon für die gemeinsame nutzung.den balkon mit 23m² kannst du für dich alleine benützen. keller und estrich steht leider keiner zur verfügung. jedoch kannst du karton, pet und papier im keller entsorgen. das zimmer ist per sofort verfügbar. kündigungsfrist ist 1 monat. miete muss voraus bezahlt werde. depot für schlüssel ist 1 monatsmiete. die nebenkosten rechnung ist /mieter.
aussen parkplatz ist aktuell für 50.- verfügbar.
