Das Zimmer ist nur unter der Woche von Montag bis Freitag verfügbar (Ankunft am Sonntagabend ist möglich). Ideal für eine Studentin oder Berufstätige, die ein ruhiges Domizil für die Woche sucht.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und verfügt über einen Balkon mit Seeblick, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein separates WC.

Der Preis beträgt CHF 700.- pro Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
