Die Wohnung ist ca. sieben Minuten vom Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung relativ ruhig, da sie in einer Nebengasse und im Dachgeschoss liegt.
Die Wohnung ist nicht als WG-Wohnung geeignet, da sie nur über ein Schlafzimmer verfügt. Alle anderen Zimmer sind ohne Türen auf verschiedenen Stockwerken verteilt (ausgenommen WC). Die Wohnung ist nur über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar.
Wir müssen diese schöne Wohnung leider weitergeben, da sie mit den vielen Treppen nicht sehr babyfreundlich ist.
Die Wohnung ist bereits leer und wir suchen idealerweise einen Nachmieter ab sofort.Der Ikea-Pax-Schrank und der Blumentrog müssen vom Nachmieter übernommen werden. Kostenpunkt: 450 CHF. Terrassentisch und Stühle können gratis übernommen werden.
