Die Wohnung liegt an der Esstrasse 37, nur 2 Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Sie ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sehr angenehm zum Wohnen und hat eine private Terrasse, die nicht einsehbar ist. Man hat dort wirklich Ruhe und Privatsphäre.
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Coop, Migros, Tram 7, Bahnhof Wollishofen und Busverbindungen Richtung Sihlcity sind in etwa 1 Minute zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig, mit Familien und langjährigen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig und hochwertig möbliert. WLAN, TV und alle Nebenkosten sind im Pauschalpreis bereits enthalten. Ein Kellerabteil und ein Trockenraum gehören ebenfalls dazu.
Mir ist wichtig, die Wohnung an jemanden zu geben, der sorgfältig damit umgeht. Ich suche deshalb eine ruhige und verantwortungsvolle Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Haustiere sind eher nicht vorgesehen.
Bei der genauen Mietdauer bin ich flexibel, wenn es menschlich und organisatorisch gut passt.
