Wir suchen eine Einzelperson, ein Paar oder ein Paar mit maximal einem Kind zur Zwischenmiete unserer schönen Wohnung in Au für 1 Monat bis max. 6 Wochen ab dem 1. Juli bis spätestens 15. August. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 1 Monat.
Wir bieten eine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung mit sensationeller Seesicht von allen Zimmern und einer hellen Terrasse. Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig, hat gute Bus und Zug Verbindungen, liegt nahe am See und zur Natur.
Die Wohnung bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Kinderzimmer, ein Gästezimmer, WC mit Badewanne, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Terrasse, eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler sowie einen Garagenplatz für ein Auto.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht, Kaffemaschine, Grill, Fernseher, Mikrowelle etc.
Ebenfalls suchen wir jemanden, der sich gut um unsere Pflanzen kümmert. Sowohl drinnen als auch draussen haben wir Pflanzen, die regelmässig gegossen werden müssen.
Die Mietdauer beträgt mindestens 1 Monat (2500CHF). Wir würden natürlich jemanden bevorzugen, welche die Wohnung für die ganze Zeit mieten würde(3700CHF).
Auf Wunsch können 2 Ebikes a 80CHF/Bike dazugemietet werden.
