Der Mietpreis ist inklusive Strom, Wasser, Internet und Kabelfernsehen, exkl. Gas für die Heizung. Es hat 2 Bäder, Platz für Fahrräder und zwei Autos vor dem Haus. Die Bushaltestelle Fliederweg befindet vor dem Haus, Schulen und Kindergärten sind 500 Meter entfernt. Grosszügiger Garten mit zwei Sitzplätzen.
Der Mietpreis ist inklusive unserer Putzfee (jede 2. Woche), da wir sie nicht verlieren möchten.
Nichtraucherwohnung.
