Das Badzimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet; das WC befindet sich in einem separaten Raum.
Gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschinen und Tumbler stehen für frei wählbare, ganze oder halbe Tage zur Verfügung (Eintrag im Waschplan). Es gibt einen geschlossenen Veloraum. Ein fixer Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden, aber im Quartier gibt es öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten.
Die Bushaltestelle «Chur, Güterstrasse» befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe; mit der Buslinie 2 ist man in knapp 5 min bei Haltestelle «Bahnhofplatz» und in 15 min bei «Fontanaspital». In kurzer Gehdistanz stehen mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.
