À 15 minutes à pied de Pérolles.
Pour les courses, c'est le paradis : la Coop et la Migros de la gare sont ouvertes 7j/7. De plus, un Denner et une autre Migros se trouvent juste au-dessus de la maison !

Die Wohnung bietet jede Menge Platz: ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, eine tolle Terrasse zum Entspannen und zwei Badezimmer (eines mit Badewanne und Dusche, das andere mit separatem WC). Ein Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Waschküche wird gemeinsam genutzt und ist mit ca. 1.4fr pro Waschgang sehr günstig.

1 Minute zu Fuss vom SBB-Bahnhof entfernt.
5 Minuten zu Fuss von der Universität Miséricorde.

Looking for the perfect place to stay during your studies? An 11m2 room is available in a large, modern 4.5-room apartment located on the 4th floor.
The apartment is spacious and fully equipped: a huge living room with an open kitchen, a great terrace perfect for chilling, and two bathrooms (one with both a bathtub and shower, and a second separate toilet). A cellar is also included. For laundry, the shared washing machine is very convenient and costs around 1.4fr per wash.
Unbeatable location:
1 minute walk from the SBB train station.
5 minutes walk from Miséricorde University.
15 minutes walk from Pérolles.
Shopping made easy: Coop and Migros at the station are open 7 days a week. On top of that, there is a Denner and another Migros just right above the house!
You will share the apartment with 2 friendly Ticinese Master's students. The vibe is social, respectful, and perfect for focusing on your studies while enjoying a great flatshare.
