Migros und Coop sind beide innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle (72) direkt vor dem Haus, die Schmiede Wiedikon-Haltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Strassenbahnen 9/14, viele Busse), und der Zürcher Hauptbahnhof ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß/10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Laufbahn direkt gegenüber der Straße, und Sie werden direkt neben dem Sihl-Fluss leben.
