Da ich aktuell alleine in einer grosszügigen 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung (98.9 m² + 15.4 m² Balkon) wohne, möchte ich gerne zwei Zimmer vermieten.
Das Wohnzimmer, die Küche sowie der Balkon sind komplett neu möbliert und modern eingerichtet.
Kurz zu mir:
Mein Name ist Ramazan Karakülah, ich bin 35 Jahre alt, arbeite Vollzeit als Bankangestellter und bin eine ruhige, ordentliche und unkomplizierte Person. Ich rauche nicht, trinke nicht und mache keine lauten Partys. In meiner Freizeit mache ich viel Sport und bin daher oft unterwegs. Wenn ich zuhause bin, schätze ich eine entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre sehr.
Ursprünglich komme ich aus Deutschland und habe mir hier in der Schweiz ein schönes Zuhause aufgebaut. Sauberkeit und gegenseitiger Respekt sind mir wichtig. Gerne kann man auch mal zusammen kochen oder etwas unternehmen alles ganz unkompliziert und auf freiwilliger Basis
