WG Zimmer Zürich - 2er WG - Ab August 2026 - Max.12 Monate
Da mein Mitbewohner ab August 2026 beruflich nicht mehr in meiner Wohnung in Zürich (Stallikon) ist, vermiete ich ab dieser Zeit ein Zimmer. Die Dauer des Aufenthaltes ist nach belieben verfügbar. Wichtig es ist kein dauerhafter WG Mitbewohner gesucht. Min. 1 Monat - Max. 12 Monate.
Das dann zur Vermietung stehende Zimmer hat ein komplett eigenes Bad, wodurch jeder der beiden Bewohner ein eigenes Bad hat.
Die Wohnung wird von mir bewohnt (24, ruhig, sportlich, aus Deutschland und arbeitet in Zürich). Gerne würde ich das Zimmer daher an jemand vermieten, welcher einen geordneten Alltag nachgeht, damit das zusammenleben gut funktioniert.
Zur Wohnung Sauberkeit, ist sehr wichtig. Es werden Schränke, Betten sowie Möbel alles zur Verfügung stehen, daher bitte ich auch darum diese gut zu behandeln.
Bei Interesse meldet Euch gerne bitte mit ein paar kurzen Sätzen zu Euch, damit wir uns im Anschluss austauschen können.
Die Dauer des Aufenthalt ist flexibel.

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Nähe von dem Coop Supermarkt in Stallikon (1min zu Fuß) und auch nur 1 min von der Bushaltestation entfernt (Bus fährt alle 15min und am Wochenende alle 30min).-> Bis in das Zentrum von Zürich fährt der Bus 19min.
Parkplätze sind ein paar parallelstrassen weiter (5min fussweg) in den gegenzeichneten Bereichen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
