Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsarmen Seitenstrasse im Gundeldinger-Quartier.
Ideal zum Pendeln: mit ÖV oder Velo 5 Min bis Bahnhof SBB; Coop und Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke, ebenso Tramhaltestellen 15 und 16 sowie 10 und 11. In der Miete inbegriffen sind: Nebenkosten, Mobiliar, WLAN, Reinigungsservice für gemeinsame Räume, Bad- und Bettwäsche.
Ich bin Journalistin (59) und am Wochenende auswärts. Daher suche ich ebenfalls eine Wochenaufenthalterin (=am Wochenende nicht in der Wohnung). Du bist weiblich, möglichst über 40, ruhig und rücksichtsvoll, Nichtraucherin.
