Ich suche eine Frau, die ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in Steinhausen mieten möchte. Eine berufstätige Expat oder eine lokale Berufstätige. Bitte keine Bezug von Sozialhilfe und keine Haustiere. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und es gibt ein separates Badezimmer und einen Wohnzimmer (siehe Fotos). Eine kurzfristige Vermietung ist auch möglich. Die Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Wir können besprechen, ob Sie diese nutzen wollen. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und sehr zentral. Einkaufszentrum, Bushaltestellen und der Bahnhof sind nur wenige Minuten weg. I am looking for a female, working Expat or Local working person, to rent a room in my apartment in Steinhausen. No social welfare and no animals please. The room is fully furnished and what is also included is a separate bathroom and living area (see photos) A short term rental is also possible. The kitchen is downstairs. We can discuss the possibility, if you need to use it. The location is quiet and very central. Shopping village, bus stops and the train station are just a few minutes away.
