Nachmieter für EG-Wohnung in 9524 Zuzwil SG gesucht
zum 01.07. (bevorzugt), spätestens jedoch zum 01.08.2026 suchen wir für unsere derzeitige Wohnung in 9524 Zuzwil SG, Hinterdorfstrasse 7d Nachmieter, da wir in eine kleinere und für mich beruflich strategisch günstiger gelegene Wohnung ziehen werden. Die Wohnung im Minergie Standard (wie das gesamte Haus) wurde bei unserem Einzug im August 2024 frisch gestrichen (vollständig) und der Laminatboden im Wohn- und Küchenbereich neu gelegt.
Im Untergeschoss mit Zugang zur Tiefgarage, zum Fahrradraum, zum Hobbyraum und zu den Kellerabteilen (siehe Foto), befindet sich auch der Wasch- und Trockenraum. Dort befindet sich jeweils eine sehr gut gepflegte und extern gewartete Waschmaschine und ein Trockner für jede Mietpartei (siehe Foto).
Der ruhige und sehr gepflegte Bereich zwischen den Wohnbereichen wird von der Sygma AG bewirtschaftet. Die sonstige Liegenschaftsverwaltung obliegt der Privera AG (an diese wäre auch die Mietbewerbung zu senden).
Von der Wohnung sind in nur wenigen Minuten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch fussläufig erreichbar (Coop, MIgros, Aldi, Top CC), eine Arztpraxis sogar "gleich um die Ecke".
