Wir bieten eine Wohngemeinschaft in einem großen Bauernhof in Cudrefin/VD an, wo man auch sein Pferd mitbringen kann
Der Bauernhof
Er ist geräumig, sowohl innen als auch außen. Ca. 240m2 Wohnfläche und 2'000 m2 großer, umzäunter Garten. Jacuzzi und Pool vor Ort.
Der zu vermietende Raum ist ein Zimmer mit Bad direkt gegenüber. Wir teilen das restliche Haus mit Vergnügen als Gemeinschaftsbereich (Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Garten, Parkplatz).
Wir sind ein 37-jähriger Mann und eine 36-jährige Frau, lieben die Natur, Tiere, ausgehen und feiern, teilen gute Mahlzeiten mit Freunden. Wir sind einfach, immer gut gelaunt und leben mit Hunden (gehorsam und gut erzogen).
Was wir suchen: eine (oder zwei) respektvolle und wohlwollende Person, die in einer Gemeinschaft leben, gute Momente teilen, aber auch Solo-Zeit genießen möchte. Wenn du gern gärtnern möchtest, gibt es viel zu entdecken :) .
Miete für Wohngemeinschaft CHF 750.00 inklusive Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Heizung, Wasser). Zu verhandeln.
Es ist möglich, einen großen, überdachten Stall für Pferde von etwa 100 m2 mit einem Außenbereich von 150 m2 sowie einen 8'000 m2 großen Park zu nutzen. Zu verhandeln.
