Es handelt sich um eine Aufstockung von 2022, also sehr neu mit modernen und qualitativ hochwertigen Materialien (elektrische Jalousien, Anschluss für Waschmaschine, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche usw.)
Im 7. Stock gelegen, bietet es eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Salève und viel Licht durch die großen Fenster.
Die Miete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt CHF 1976.- / Monat. Die Verwaltung akzeptiert Smart-Kautionszahlungen.
Wir organisieren Besichtigungen am Freitag, 5. Juni, Samstag, 6. Juni und Sonntag, 7. Juni - von 18:00 bis 19:00 Uhr.
