Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, um ein Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Rue de Comba-Borel in Neuchâtel zu übernehmen, nur zwei Schritte vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber es ist möglich, die Möbel meines ausziehenden Mitbewohners zu übernehmen, wenn du das möchtest (Bett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl usw.). Die Küche ist eingerichtet, und es gibt eine gemeinsame Waschküche im Gebäude.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juni frei.
Die Miete beträgt 640.-, + 25.- für Internet und etwa 45.- alle zwei Monate für Strom. Das kommt auf etwa 680-690.- pro Monat.
Ich bin 35 Jahre alt, habe mein Studium in Soziologie wieder aufgenommen und arbeite Teilzeit in der Softwareentwicklung.
Idealerweise bist du Ende 30 oder nicht zu weit davon entfernt (damit unsere Lebensrhythmen etwa kompatibel sind).
