Ich vermiete meine helle und voll möblierte 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung für zwei Sommermonate (Juni und Juli).
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Zürich Altstetten entfernt, mit sehr guter Anbindung an Tram und Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in der Nähe, darunter Migros, Coop, Denner sowie das Einkaufszentrum Neumarkt Altstetten.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und entspannt, da sie sich in einer Nebenstrasse befindet.
Naherholungsgebiete wie die Werdinsel an der Limmat, Waldgebiete sowie das beliebte Freibad Letzigraben sind schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet, sodass Sie sich um nichts kümmern müssen. Die Küche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler sowie einem grossen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Waschmaschine + Tumbler im Keller (ohne Waschplan). Sie verfügt über zwei kleine Balkone (einer im Wohnzimmer, einer im Schlafzimmer). Zusätzlich gibt es eine Dachterrasse, die grösstenteils nur von mir genutzt wird.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk und ist dadurch sehr hell und ruhig.
Der Mietpreis von CHF 2'000 pro Monat beinhaltet alle Kosten (inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom etc.).

I am renting out my bright and fully furnished 2.5-room apartment for two summer months (June and July).
The flat is ideally located just a few minutes from Bahnhof Zürich Altstetten, with excellent connections via tram and bus. All major shops are within immediate reach, including Migros, Coop, Denner, as well as the Neumarkt Altstetten shopping area.
Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and relaxed, as it is situated on a calm back street.
Nature and leisure options are close by: the Limmat river at Werdinsel, nearby forest areas, and the popular Freibad Letzigraben are all within easy reach.
The apartment is fully furnished, so you can move in without worrying about anything. It features two small balconies (one from the living room and one from the bedroom). In addition, there is a rooftop terrace, which is mostly used only by me.
The flat is located on the top floor, offering plenty of light and privacy.
The rent of CHF 2,000/month includes everything (utilities, internet, electricity, etc.).
