Hi! I am looking for a new roommate from the 1st of July. The apartment is 110sqm, very spacious. You will have a big bedroom with your own bathroom. Kitchen and dining/living room are shared. The building is located at 5min from the train station. The apartment is already furnished. The rent is CHF850/month and an additional cost for electricity once per year, which amounts approx. CHF50 per month (but it is paid annually). It is possible to rent a parking space as well.

Die Wohnung ist 110 m² groß und sehr geräumig. Du bekommst ein großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Küche sowie Ess- und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Das Gebäude liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung ist bereits möbliert.
Die Miete beträgt CHF 850 pro Monat, dazu kommen CHF 15 pro Monat für WIFI. Ein Parkplatz kann ebenfalls dazu gemietet werden.
