Wg Zimmer an Bester Lage Kreis 7 per sofort
Ich Wohne hier sehr zentral, paar Minuten vom See entfernt und vom Bahnhof Stadelhofen.
Es ist absolut ruhig hier, die Wohnung ist eigentlich fast ein eigenes Haus :-) es hat 4 Zimmer, Ein Badezimmer mit Wc, ein separates Wc, sowie 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Büro Yoga Zimmer in dem man vieles noch ändern kann...so wie wir wollen.
Eigene Waschmaschine sowie ein grosser Vorplatz ist auch da wo mir ist und als Sitzplatzgebraucht wird, man kann hier tun was man will....Hinter dem Haus sind noch Abstellplätze für alles was so gebraucht wird...Gartenzeugs Fahrrad etc.
Hier haben wir freie Hand für alles! Wir können hier tun was wir wollen den niemand stört sich hier daran.
Daher suche ich eine Person die das sehr schätzt. mal ab und zu was zusammen machen willst, ob Sport Schwimmen oder Kochen etc. alles ist frei und kein zwang.
Wichtig ist das du die Miete bezahlen kannst sie ist 1250 fr. plus Nebenkosten die sind ungefähr 80 Internet Wlan etc. dann Strom Wasser je nach dem wieviel gebraucht wird teilen wir uns auf.
Also bist du bereit und ja das Zimmer kann ausgesucht werden da bin ich sehr flexibel. Hier ist es wirklich sehr schön....Roller Fahrrad etc. es hat sehr viel Platz hier für alles auch ein Keller etc. Alles vorhanden ein Bijoux der Spitzenklasse, alt aber sehr schön hier ....die Lage spricht für sich wir haben hier Eichhörnchen :-) das Haus steht in einem Innenhof und ist absolut Privat :-) melde dich wenn du offen bist spass am Leben hast und dir es vorstellen kannst mit mir das zu teilen...
Alles ist hier ums Eck, Kreuzplatz hat alles was das man braucht, Migros Coop Post Denner Restaurants und einfach alles:-) Der Bahnhof Stadelhofen kannst du zu Fuss 10 min oder mit dem Tram 3min. erreichen:-)

freue mich sehr auf eine aufgestellte ruhige lustige Person, auch mit Hund ist sehr willkommen.
