Per 15.6. suche ich einen Nachmieter für diese gemütliche 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung, die sich durch ihren eigenen privaten Eingang fast wie ein kleines Häuschen anfühlt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört den Bach am Grundstück vorbeifliessen, und Gartenmitbenutzung ist möglich. Idyllische Spaziergänge auf Feldern und Wald mit toller Aussicht auf den Bodensee direkt um die Ecke. Ins Zentrum sind es nur ein paar Minuten.
Das Schlafzimmer ist freundlich und hell, die Küche ist ebenfalls schön hell mit Südfenster, und sehr praktikabel eingerichtet. Ofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank sind selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und Einbauschrank mit Stauraum.
Am Eingang gibt es einen Vorraum für Garderobe und Stauraum. Ein Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Vor der Haustüre ist einen sonniger, überdachter Sitzplatz.
Stellplatz gibt es für CHF 60 dazu, direkt vor der Wohnung.
