On cherche un ou une futur-e coloc pour partager un beau loft spacieux et lumineux à Villeneuve, dans une ambiance chaleureuse, conviviale et respectueuse.
La chambre est proposée en sous-location avec contrat. Court terme ok.
L'appartement est idéalement situé : à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, 15 minutes du lac et à 5 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute.
Le lieu est très agréable à vivre, avec de beaux espaces communs, une cuisine conviviale, un balcon, une machine à laver et une cave, plusieurs salles de bain. Le quotidien est plutôt calme.
Je cherche une personne non-fumeuse, autonome, ouverte d'esprit, joyeuse et respectueuse du lieu et des autres. Quelqu'un de cool, qui aime la convivialité mais sait aussi vivre tranquillement. Le plus important : le feeling :)
