Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist schön hell-ideal für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar. Sie hat einen eigenen Garten mit Balkon, was in Zürich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und angenehm.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine eigene Waschmaschine, einen Tumbler und einen Geschirrspüler-alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden.
Was die Lage betrifft: Der Bahnhof Oerlikon ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar, die Trams 10, 50, 51 und 12 fahren in der Nähe, und sowohl der Flughafen als auch der HB sind in rund 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

The flat has just been renovated and gets a lot of natural light - a good fit for one person or a couple. There's a private garden with a balcony, which is a nice bonus. The neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
The flat has its own washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, so no shared laundry or missing appliances to worry about.
In terms of location, Oerlikon train station is a short walk away, trams 10, 51, 50 and 12 are nearby, and both the airport and Zurich HB are about 10 minutes away.
