Durch einer Änderung meiner Lebenssituation gebe ich, schweren Herzens, diese wunderschöne Dachgeschosswohnung frei. Sie erfüllt jegliche Wünsche mit 3,5 Zimmer. Sie besticht durch einen hohen Comfort wie elektrische Aussenstore an den Dachfenstern, was super im Sommer ist, elektrische Aussenstore an alle geraden Fenster und Balkontüren, Insektenrollo an allen relevanten Fenster und Balkontüren und Dachfenstern. Weiter Highlights sind Fussbodenheizung, Dusche mit Regendusche, Badewanne, Balkon und Keller. In jedem Raum hat es Einbauschränke. Ich hatte noch nie so viel Stauraum.
Und jetzt mein absolutes Highlight, die FrankeKüche. Sie lässt keine Wünsche offen, grosse Kochinsel mit Boraabzug, ganz viel Stauraum, Backofen mit Steamer, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler. Hier macht kochen und backen richtig Spass.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Einliegerwohnung. Die Vermieter sind ein pensioniertes Ehepaar.
Das Quartier ist sehr sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr gemeinschaftlich.
Haustiere sind erlaubt. Ich habe hier eine Katze und einen Hund.
Der Garagenplatz kostet 130 Franken im Monat.
