Wir suchen eine Person für Teilzeit (die sich körperlich nur 1 bis 3 Nächte pro Woche aufhält).

Wir sind jetzt 2 Männer, die in der Wohnung leben. Beide arbeiten (35 und 41 Jahre alt). Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Unser italienischer Freund verlässt sein Zimmer.
1 Minute zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle.
1 Minute Fahrt zur Autobahn.
5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof Rotkreuz.
Coop, Migrolino, Fitnessstudios und Restaurants nicht weit entfernt. Roche-Group-Büros 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Miete beträgt 800 CHF, einschließlich Parkplatz und Gebäudekosten.
Internet-Wifi verfügbar.
Waschmaschine und Trockner im größeren Badezimmer.
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert.
Eine Matratze 90x200 cm (gute Qualität, wie neu) kann vom vorherigen Mieter für 90 CHF übernommen werden, wenn benötigt.
Das Bett ist nicht verfügbar.
