Das Gebäude bietet zwei Waschräume. Im Keller gibt es 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Tumbler/Trockner und einem Raum zum Kleider trocknen. Im fünften Stock (gleicher Stock wie die Wohnung) gibt es einen weiteren Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Tumbler/Trockner. Gewaschen werden kann mit einer Prepaid Karte welche man regelmässig neu bestellen muss.
Glasfaser ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Küche besitzt eine eingebaute Mikrowelle, dafür aber keinen Backofen. Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden.
Es gibt nur Dachfenster. Balkon nicht vorhanden.
Lift geht in den vierten Stock. Treppe in den fünften Stock.
Verwaltung ist die Living Group aus Zürich.
Bushaltestelle "Schaffhausen, Schönenberg" mit den Linien 1 und 5 in der nähe. Buslinie 5 fährt unteranderem zum Herblinger Markt (Einkaufszentrum). Beide Busse fahren auch richtung Bahnhof (2 Stationen entfernt)
