Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Kreis 5, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Trotz der Nähe zur lebendigen Langstrasse ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig.
Der obere und untere Letten sind m ganz in der Nähe und ideal für Spaziergänge oder eine kurze Pause am Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Josefstrasse mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants sowie die Josefwiese sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. The apartment is located in popular District 5, just a 7-minute walk from the main station. Despite being close to the lively Langstrasse, it remains pleasantly quiet. The upper and lower Letten along the Limmat are very close by, perfect for a walk or a short break by the water. Shops are right around the corner, and Josefstrasse - with its many cafés and restaurants - as well as Josefwiese park are within easy walking distance.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a very practical layout that makes great use of the space. The living room gets plenty of natural light from morning to midday, while the bedroom and kitchen enjoy the evening sun. It’s ideal for a single person or a couple.
