Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum vom 15. Juni bis zum 30. September 2026. Während der 15. Juni das offizielle Einzugsdatum ist, wird das Zimmer voraussichtlich bereits zum 10. oder spätestens 11. Juni bezugsfrei sein.
Da ich beabsichtige, idealerweise bis Ende des Jahres zu verreisen, besteht die Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt zu verlängern. Dennoch wird der Untermietvertrag zunächst fest bis zum 30. September befristet, mit der Option, etwa im August zu evaluieren, ob eine längere Mietdauer machbar ist.

Die Wohnung
Die Wohnung besticht durch absolute Ruhe und die Nähe zum Greifensee, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zur Bahnstation. Mit ihrer charmanten Atmosphäre und dem schönen Balkon bietet die Unterkunft eine hohe Lebensqualität mit Urlaubscharakter.

Wohnsituation
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen:

Daria (24): Sozialpädagogin aus der Ukraine.
Sandra (37): Lehrerin aus der Schweiz.
Beide Mitbewohnerinnen sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Das Zusammenleben ist entspannt und unkompliziert. Da beide berufstätig sind, legen sie Wert auf ein freundliches, soziales Miteinander. Die Dynamik ist ungezwungen: Wer sich im Wohnzimmer unterhalten möchte, ist dazu herzlich eingeladen; wer seine Ruhe bevorzugt, wird darin ebenso respektiert.

Das WLAN teilen sich aktuell Daria & Nico (dessen Zimmer du bewohnen wirst) - falls du am WLAN interessiert wärst, kämen diesbezüglich noch einmal CHF20.- zur Miete dazu.

Gesuchtes Profil
Ich suche eine Einzelperson, die:

Zwischenmenschlich offen und sozial eingestellt ist.
Einen respektvollen Umgang im WG-Alltag pflegt und den Charme der Wohnung schätzt.
Die befristete Dauer (ca. 3,5 Monate) sowie den Standort Greifensee als passend für die aktuelle Lebenssituation betrachtet.

Sublet in Greifensee: 15.06.2026 – 30.09.2026 (Extension possible)
I am subletting my room from June 15th to September 30th, 2026. While June 15th is the primary start date, the room will likely be available by June 10th or 11th at the latest.
As I plan to travel ideally until the end of the year, there is a possibility of extending the stay. However, the initial sublease agreement will be fixed until September 30th, with an option to evaluate around August whether a longer term is feasible.

The Apartment
The apartment offers absolute peace and quiet, located close to Lake Greifensee, local shops, and the train station. With its charming atmosphere and beautiful balcony, living here feels like being on vacation.

Living Situation
You will be sharing the apartment with two flatmates:

Daria (24): Social worker from Ukraine.
Sandra (37): Teacher from Switzerland.
Both flatmates are fluent in German and English. The household atmosphere is relaxed and uncomplicated. As both are working professionals, they value a friendly, social environment. The dynamic is informal: you are welcome to socialize in the living room, but if you prefer your privacy, this is fully respected.

The WiFi is currently shared by Daria and Nico (whose room you will be staying in). If you are interested in using the WiFi, an additional CHF 20.- per month will be added to the rent.
