Ich biete mein gemütliches Zimmer im schönen Kreis 2 zum Tausch an. Die Wohnung hat eine Grösse von 230 m², das Zimmer selbst gute 25m² und kostet CHF 1’350. Die Wohnung ist wirklich atemberaubend schön und die WG eine kleine schöne Familie. Nichtsdestotrotz möchte ich als alter WG-Hase gerne noch einmal allein wohnen und bin daher auf der Suche nach einem neuen Zuhause in Zürich, gerne mit mindestens 1.5 Zimmern und 30 m². Die maximale Miete, die ich zahlen möchte, beträgt CHF 2‘250.
Falls Du also auf der Suche nach einer Traumwohnung im Herzen Zürichs gleich neben dem See und nach einer schönen gemeinschaftlichen und herzlichen WG bist, freue ich mich sehr, von Dir zu hören!
