Das Primarschulhaus Weihermatt und der Spar sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, weitere einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros, Denner, Apotheke und Drogerie Müller sind innert 10 minuten zu fuss zu erreichen). Der Bahnhof ist rund 10min entfernt. Die Wohnung ist der ideale Mix zwischen nähe zur Natur und anschluss zur Stadt.
Der Mietzins beträgt 1890.- / es können 2 Parkplätze zu je 45.- übernommen werden.
