Ich vermieße meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung von etwa 75m2, die am Seeufer in Vevey liegt und folgendes umfasst:
- 1 Wohnzimmer
- 2 Schlafzimmer
- offene Küche zum Wohnzimmer
- Flur
- Garderobe
Es gibt keine Keller und keine Parkplätze (ein Parkausweis muss beantragt werden) und es gibt eine gemeinsame Waschküche.
Die Wohnung muss dringend zum 1. Mai 2026 vermietet werden, für eine Dauer von 1 Jahr (das ist die maximale Grenze für eine Untervermietung). Ich suche eine Person oder ein Paar, das diskret und respektvoll ist, Sie werden offiziell registriert und beim Einwohnerkontrollamt angemeldet.
Die Miete beträgt 2'050 CHF inklusive Nebenkosten, Haftpflicht, Haushaltsversicherung und WiFi.
