Zimmer in Wohngemeinschaft verfügbar
Ich heiße Thoma, bin 23 Jahre alt und biete ein Zimmer in meiner voll ausgestatteten Wohnung in La Chaux-de-Fonds zur Miete an.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und gut gelegenen Viertel. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, zwei große Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner, der sauber, verantwortungsbewusst, leicht zu leben und vorzugsweise nicht raucht. Ich schätze eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, respektiere aber auch den Raum und die Privatsphäre jedes Einzelnen.
Ich lebe mit meiner Katze zusammen, es ist also wichtig, dass du Tiere magst und nicht allergisch bist :)
Zu beachten ist auch: Ich werde die erste Hälfte des Jahres 2027 verreisen. Während dieser Zeit hast du mehr Unabhängigkeit in der Wohnung, musst aber natürlich auch gut darauf aufpassen ;)
