My name is Tommaso Wiesendanger, I am the current tenant of this apartment, situated in Bussigny. Me and my girlfriend are looking for someone to retake the apartment as soon as possible, ideally by the end of April, but we can discuss the date, if you are interested, since we have both decided to change our University studies and go to another University. The apartment has been just renovated, it is a 2.5 rooms, 43m2. There is a communal washroom, and a communal drying room. It does not have a dish washer. There is a room right at the entrance, a bedroom, a kitchen and the bathroom. The balcony is very big (I'd say about 12 square meters) and can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. It also keeps very warm during winter, it is well insulated. The neighbors are quiet, and in general it is a pretty convenient position. within a 5 minutes walk there is a pharmacy, a migros, a denner, the post, the town hall, and the train station, Renens is just 3 minutes away by train. In front of the building there are also recycling bins which is convenient. The garage or open parking is a separate expanse, amounting to 100 CHF per month, if you do want it, but it's not obligatory. Additionally, we have some furniture, a 200x180cm bed, two wardrobes, and a small 4 person table, but it's not compulsory for you to take them, only if you want them and if we can find a price to agree on.
