Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone, sodass man zu jeder Tageszeit die Sonne geniessen kann und Blick ins Grüne hat.
Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für eine 2er-WG oder für ein Paar/kleine Familie.
Ich möchte gerne mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehen, weshalb wir nach einer Wohnung mit weniger Zimmern suchen. Am besten wäre eine loftartige Wohnung.
Am besten wäre die Übergabe auf April 2025, kann jedoch auch schon früher sein.
