Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer von 18 m² in einer 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung, die ideal gelegen ist, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom See und vom Schwimmbad entfernt.
Verfügbarkeit:
Nur von Montag bis Freitag (eine Ankunft am Sonntagabend ist jedoch möglich). Die monatliche Miete beträgt 700 CHF inklusive und kann neu berechnet werden, wenn Sie weniger Nächte vor Ort verbringen.
Die Wohnung:
Die Unterkunft ist vollständig möbliert und verfügt über einen Balkon mit Seeblick, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein separates WC.
Mein Profil:
Frau in den Vierzigern, gutmütig und respektvoll, die gute Laune mag.
Ihr Profil:
Sauberer, respektvoller und nicht rauchender Mensch (zumindest nicht in der Wohnung).
Hinweis:
Ich lebe mit einem kleinen Hund und mehreren Pflanzen zusammen.
