Lo châlet si trova nel villaggio di Cunter (Canton Grigioni) e dista circa km. 1,5 dal noto centro turistico di Savognin. È inserito in un insieme di altri analoghi châlet, ed essendo il primo davanti è nella migliore posizione. La vista sulle montagne circostanti è incantevole. Inoltre Savognin - Cunter è punto strategico per raggiungere in 30-60 minuti altri centri turistici di richiamo come Lenzerheide, St. Moritz e Davos.

Lo châlet comprende 2 appartamenti di 3,5 locali (con la medesima configurazione interna) per una superficie di 40 mq ciascuno, piccoli ma disposti in modo razionale ed accoglienti.

L'appartamento superiore ha una grande terrazza (in cemento armato) dal quale si accede ad un ampio solaio, mentre quello al pian terreno si affaccia sul giardino. Entrambi dispongono di un pratico ripostiglio nel sottoscala.

Le due abitazioni offrono interessanti combinazioni di utilizzo, sia in ambito famigliare, sia a reddito con l'affitto di una delle due unità.

The chalet is located in the village of Cunter (Canton of Graubünden), about 1.5 km from the popular tourist center of Savognin. It's part of a cluster of similar chalets, and being the first one at the front, it's in the best location. The view of the surrounding mountains is enchanting.

Furthermore, Savognin - Cunter is a strategic point for reaching other popular tourist centers such as Lenzerheide, St. Moritz and Davos in 30-60 minutes.

The chalet comprises two 3.5-room apartments (with the same internal layout) with a surface area of 40 m2 each, small but rationally arranged and welcoming. The upper apartment has a large terrace (in reinforced concrete) and access to a spacious attic, while the ground-floor apartment overlooks the garden. Both have a practical storage space under the stairs. The two apartments offer interesting combinations of uses, both for family living or for renting one of the two units.

In the parking lot, approximately 50 metres away, there is a private parking space, while other spaces are available as needed.
