Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, um meine 3,5-Zimmer-Duplex-Wohnung zu teilen, die sehr geräumig (ca. 150 m²) und angenehm zu bewohnen ist.

Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, mit einem großen Bett, einem Schrank (er hat Schiebetüren, ich muss nur 2 kleine Teile ersetzen, um sie wieder aufzubauen), einem ausgebauten Schreibtisch, einem Nachttisch und einer Nachttischlampe.
Fotos des Zimmers sind auf den ersten beiden Bildern der Anzeige zu sehen.
Im Erdgeschoss: Eingang zum großen, hellen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Esszimmer und offener Küche mit Zugang zu einer Terrasse und einem privaten Garten sowie einem Duschbad.
Im Obergeschoss: ein großer Flur, zwei Schlafzimmer (1 von 2 ist vermietet) und ein Badezimmer mit einer Waschmaschine
Zusätzlich: Keller, Dachboden und Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Haustiere sind willkommen! Ich habe selbst zwei Hunde, Katzen und Hühner, also muss man ihre Gesellschaft mögen.
Miete: 900 CHF, inklusive Nebenkosten.
Eine Mietgarantie oder ein Garant wird verlangt.
