I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for this lovely studio apartment starting June 1st.
It's just a 10-minute walk from the university and right next to the "Rotmonten" bus stop, making it easy to reach the university in just two bus stops.
The studio was completely renovated a few years ago.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building. It also includes a spacious storage unit in the basement.

Ich suche einen:n geeigneten:n Nachieter:in für dieses schöne Studio ab 1. Juni.
Es befindet sich nur 10 Gehminuten von der Universität entfernt und liegt auch neben der Busstation „Rotmonten“, wodurch man innerhalb von 2 Busstationen an die Uni kommt.
Das Studio wurde vor wenigen Jahren kernsaniert.
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Haus. Darüber hinaus verfügt es über einen großzügigen Kellerabteil.
Bei Interesse freue ich mich über eine kurze Antwort und ein paar Angaben zu dir!
