Ich vermiete das zweite Zimmer (25m²) in meiner geräumigen 80m² Wohnung am Schaffhauserplatz vorübergehend unter, verfügbar ab sofort bis September/Oktober, mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und Teil einer gepflegten Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage, mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr sowie in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und allem, was das Quartier zu bieten hat.
Alle Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen: Wasser, Gas, Strom und WLAN + Eine Reinigungskraft kommt alle zwei Wochen und reinigt die gesamte Wohnung, inklusive aller Zimmer.
Du wohnst mit mir zusammen (36J, männlich), ich arbeite in der Stadt. Ich bin freundlich, ordentlich und unkompliziert, die Wohnung hat eine ruhige, saubere Atmosphäre, die ich gerne so erhalte.

I'm temporarily subletting the second room (25m²) in a spacious 80m² shared apartment near Schaffhauserplatz, available immediately until September/October, with the possibility of extension.
The room is fully furnished and part of a well-maintained apartment in an excellent location , with great public transport connections and easy access to shops, cafes, and everything the neighbourhood has to offer.
All utilities are included in the rent: water, gas, electricity, and WiFi + a cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the entire apartment, including all rooms.
You'd be sharing with me (36M), who works in the city. I'm friendly, tidy, and easy to live with , the apartment has a calm, clean atmosphere and I'd like to keep it that way.
I'm looking for someone reliable, tidy, and straightforward to get along with.
