Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem neuen Bett 120/200, einschließlich Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Eine Putzfrau kommt einmal im Monat, um den Rest des Hauses zu reinigen, der Unterhalt des Zimmers, der Küche und des Bades obliegt dem Mieter.
Wir suchen eine einzelne Person, die ein Auto besitzt, ruhig und organisiert ist und nicht raucht.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Eine Kaution in Höhe des Mietpreises wird verlangt und am Ende des Aufenthalts zurückgegeben.
Les Paccots sind leicht zugänglich, im Sommer wie im Winter, 15 Minuten von Vevey-Montreux, 1/2 Stunde von Lausanne und 1 Stunde von Genf. Die Autobahn ist in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.
Der Ort ist ruhig und ohne Lärm und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge in der Umgebung.
