Mindestbelegung ist ein Monat.

Wir organisieren die Untermiete seriös, aber unkompliziert. Das heisst, es gibt einen Untermietvertrag und wir verlangen Kaution. Keller und Wandschränke stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Es gibt Möglichkeiten, deine Kleider zu verstauen. Einzelne Einrichtungsgegenstände werden weiter in der Wohnung sein. Wir putzen gründlich vor der Übergabe mit Putzhilfe, aber nicht wie wenn wir die Wohnung abgeben müssen. Und ja, du musst dich gut um unsere Pflanzen kümmern ;)

Dafür erhältst du ein Altbau-Bisous, mit einem riesigen Doppelbett, Designmöbeln und das alles an absolut bester Lage. Wir sind sehr unkompliziert im Umgang, wenn wir einander vertrauen können und volle Transparenz besteht. Deshalb würden wir dich gerne vorweg persönlich kennenlernen.

Minimum stay one month.

We handle the sublet in a serious but uncomplicated way. This means there will be a sublease agreement and a security deposit. The cellar and builtin closets wont be available, but there are still options for you to store your clothes. Some of our personal items will remain in the apartment. Well give the apartment a thorough clean before handing it over, with the help of a cleaner, but not to the level required when officially moving out. And yes, youll need to take good care of our plants ;)

In return, youll get a charming flat: a huge double bed, designer furniture, and all of it in an absolutely prime location. Were very easygoing as long as theres mutual trust and transparency. Thats why wed like to meet you in person beforehand.
