Wir leben in einem renovierten, hellen Bauernhaus mit viel Platz, einem Garten und einem grossen Sitzplatz mit Blick ins Grüne. Unser Zuhause liegt ländlich, ca. 15 Gehminuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt. Ein Auto oder Roller ist daher von Vorteil. Es sind keine weiteren Haustiere möglich.
Ab 1.8.2026. 17 m2, 3 m hoch, kleines Lavabo, möbliert. Kann auch temporär für ein paar Monate gemietet werden. Wenn längerfristiges Interesse bei Bedarf auch unmöbliert oder teilmöbliert.
Mitnutzung: Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, Küche, Badezimmer, Keller/Waschküche, Teil des Dachgeschosses und des Wintergartens. Highspeed-Internet (in der Nacht ausgeschaltet), Parkplatz.
Miete für ein Zimmer: 870 CHF plus 130 CHF Nebenkosten (Total 1000.- CHF).
