Miete: CHF 855. pro Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten). Da die Küche und das Bad im August renoviert werden, wird die Miete nach Abschluss der Arbeiten erhöht. Als Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten während der Bauphase werden dir jedoch zwei Monatsmieten erlassen/zurückerstattet.

The Location: Perfect for commuters! Just a few minutes' walk to Schlieren train station and the Limmattalbahn. You can reach Zurich Main Station (HB) in about 12 minutes. Supermarkets (Migros, Coop) and gyms are just around the corner.
Details:
Monthly Rent: CHF 855. (utilities included). Due to the renovation of the kitchen and bathroom scheduled for August, the rent will increase once the works are completed. However, to compensate for the inconvenience, you will be reimbursed with two months' rent.
Availability: Starting from 01.08.2026.
