Wir vermieten ein möbliertes Zimmer im schönen Mattenhofquartier in Bern.
Das Zimmer verfügt über:
- eigenes Bett und Büro (möbliert)
- kleine private Kochnische im Zimmer
- ruhige Wohnlage
Wichtig zur Wohnsituation:
Das Zimmer ist offen zum Gang und nicht abschliessbar. Der Gang wird von unserer Familie genutzt (unsere Tochter geht dort durch zu ihrem Zimmer).
Das Badezimmer (WC/Lavabo) befindet sich in der Wohnung und wird geteilt. Die Dusche ist ein Stockwerk darüber und wird ebenfalls von uns genutzt.
Wir suchen:
Eine ruhige, respektvolle und unkomplizierte Person, die gut mit einer familiären Wohnsituation umgehen kann. Ideal für:
- Wochenaufenthalter/in
- Student/in
- Pendler/in
Keine Party-WG – eher ein ruhiges Zuhause.
Lage:
Zentrale Lage im Mattenhofquartier mit guter Anbindung an ÖV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
