Bist du eine ruhige, naturbelassene, offene und ordentliche Einzelperson, welche wochentags eine Ruheoase mitten im grünen sucht? Dann bist du hier genau richtig!
Ich, w., 56 mit Toypudelmitbewohner, kann dir eine sehr gemütliche, sonnige und schöne Wohnung anbieten.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet bereits alles(voll möbliert und eigerichtet) zur Mitbenutzung- sogar dein Zimmer hat bereits ein Bett inkl. Einbauschhrank.
Wochentags arbeite ich von früh morgens bis Abends. Am Abend geniesse ich dann die Zeit zu Hause.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 3 Parteien Haus im 1. OG. im schönen Mittelhäusern 10 min. von Köniz entfernt ca. 15 minuten von der Stadt Bern.
Die Wohnung bietet einen sehr schönen Balkon mit Abendsonne, grosser Estrich, einen grossen Garten mit Schwimmteich und Grillstelle zur Mitbenutzung gehört ebenfalls dazu.
Für einen Wochenaufenthalter beträgt die Miete 850.- plus 50.- Parkplatz.
Nur an Einzelperson zu vermieten.
Wochentags von MO-FR.
