Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere 3- Zimmerwohnung in der Nähe vom Klusplatz. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen; in 10min ist man am Stadelhofen und am HB (Tram 8 und 3, Bus 33 und 31 in 2 min erreichbar). In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Wald oder beim Elefantenbach.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine grosse Küche mit Platz für einen Küchentisch, einem Balkon und Morgensonne. Das Wohnzimmer mit einem zweiten Balkon sowie das Büro sind gross geschnitten und mit Fischgrätenparkett ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist gegen einen ruhigen Innenhof gerichtet.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne.
