Die Mietdauer ist bis 31.03.2027 befristet (wird evtl. verlängert), da das Haus anschliessend Komplettsaniert wird.
Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Triemli / Tram- und Busstation Triemli entfernt. Zudem wohnt man direkt am Fusse des Ütlibergs.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen grossen und hellen Wohnbereich, sowie ein Gästezimmer falls mal Besuch ansteht.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Natalie sein, die gleichzeitig Hauptmieterin der Wohnung ist.
Sie arbeitet im Spital und studiert nebenher Medizin. Da unser Alltag (9-to-5 vs. Schichtarbeit und Studium) recht unterschiedlich ist, hat jeder eher sein eigenes Leben (kann in der neuen WG anders sein).
Aber ansonsten ist das Zusammenleben entspannt in der WG.

Since I'll be moving out of my current two-person shared apartment on May 1st, 2026, I'm looking for a new tenant for this lovely apartment.
The lease is limited until March 31st, 2027 (it may be extended) because the building will then undergo a complete renovation.
The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from Triemli train station and the Triemli tram and bus stop. It's also right at the foot of the Ütliberg mountain.
The apartment has a large and bright living area, as well as a guest room for when you have visitors.
Your roommate will be Natalie, who is also the main tenant of the apartment.
She works in a hospital and is also studying medicine. Since our daily routines (9-to-5 vs. shift work and studies) are quite different, we each tend to have our own lives (this might be different in the new shared apartment).
But otherwise, living together in the apartment is relaxed.
